“Without wise leadership a nation falls…” (Proverbs 11:14a)

Lord, we pray today for President Barack Obama and ask that you would give him great wisdom for leading our country.  Visit him in the night with dreams.  Grant him visions.  May he encounter you and follow your lead.  We pray the same for our senators, representatives and judges…both at the national level and the state level.  May they know and uphold your truth.  May they value righteousness, character and integrity.  May those who lead according to your statutes be given extraordinary favor in the federal and state offices.  May they be seen to have your hand upon them, and may you be glorified among the leaders of this nation. Let it be, O Lord!  Amen.
